Group Visits

We're proud to offer several virtual programs and tour options to meet the comfort and convenience levels of all community members.

Oakland University is excited to host groups of prospective students for an informative and exciting visit experience. Throughout the academic year and beyond, Undergraduate Admissions offers groups of high school (grades 9 - 12) and community college students the opportunity to learn why OU is a top choice in higher education, and to tour our beautiful campus.

Group Visits are offered most Monday - Thursday mornings. Visits include a presentation (including college readiness and OU Admissions information), and a campus tour.

Request Process

To request a visit with us, please note the following process:

  • Group Visit requests can be sent via email to [email protected]; please provide the following:
    • Your name and contact information
    • School / organization name and location
    • Number and grade level of students

  • Requests will be reviewed as they are received, and our team will determine priority for visit scheduling (considerations for which include grade level); the main contact for the group may be contacted by Admissions staff for further clarity
  • Groups selected for a visit will be asked to complete a full request form, which will allow us to collect additional details and date preferences
  • A confirmation will be sent to the main contact confirming date, time, location and additional details for the visit; a registration link will be provided in the confirmation email, to collect student information prior to the visit (if possible)
